Elements Administrative Liaison for CAES
CAES Faculty – as you have heard many times, the current UGA Faculty Reporting (FAR) System will be ending in June 2015. It will be replaced by the new Elements Reporting System and all departmental and unit faculty will be required to use this new system. County faculty will continue to use GA Counts for the time being. If you want to download a personal copy of your FAR data, you may do so until June 14, 2015 by 5:00 pm. FAR will be shut down and log-in capability turned off on June 15, 2015.The instructions on downloading FAR data is now available on the Elements website-- Training and Support section or you can view here: Instructions on how to download a personal copy of FAR data

Helpful links & FAQ
- UGA Elements will be used for the 2015 faculty performance review process. Activity reports are due February 1, 2016.
- Data entry in UGA Elements will begin early fall. This announcement will come via email late summer to early fall. At that time, you will receive details on how to enter your activity data.
- All data in UGA Faculty Activity Repository will be migrated over to the UGA Elements system.
- Faculty housed in a District Departments will continue to use GaCounts and will not be required to UGA Elements until notified otherwise.
